Financial Manager

The Financial Manager role is intended for people who maintain the financial information for their support organization, such as financial controllers. A user whose Person record is linked to the Financial Manager role of an account is able to maintain the following records of that account:

• Invoices
• Contracts

In addition, people who have this role can maintain the financial information of the following records:

• Projects
• Products
• Configuration Items
• Skill Pools
• People

And finally, these people have the ability to review the following records:

• Workflows
• Service level agreements
• First line support agreements
• Organizations
• Time entry
