Consoles
Within the Xurrent service, users can work in five different consoles. When you log on, you are automatically taken to the Inbox console. You can switch between consoles as needed to perform different actions. For example, if you are a service desk analyst, you will probably spend most of your time in the Service Desk console.
To switch between consoles, simply click on the icon of the console you want to access. The console icons can be found on the very left side of the toolbar. A small glowing indicator is displayed below the icon of the console in which you are currently working.
