Site

A Site record is typically registered for each building or facility where the organisation’s employees and long-term contractors are stationed, and/or where your organisation’s configuration items are located.

After a site has been registered, it can be linked to persons and configuration items. In addition, sites can be used to establish service level agreements that cover only the people who are stationed at one or more specific sites.

Only a person who has the Directory Administrator role or the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the sites of that account.
