Release
A release can be registered to manage a group of workflows. Whenever multiple workflows are needed to realize a common objective, especially when they need to be implemented by different teams and will affect several services, it makes sense to group these workflows by linking them to a release.
Grouping workflows into a release allows the release manager to coordinate their planning and monitor their progress more effectively.
Only a person who has the Release Manager role of an account can maintain the releases of that account.
After selecting a workflow, a release manager is able to open a new release for it by selecting the “Relate to New Release…” option from the Actions menu.
