PDF Design
A PDF design can be maintained to dictate the contents and styling of the workflow and project summaries that are attached to approval tasks. A PDF design is also used to determine what information is included and what it should look like when a dashboard is printed to PDF.
Only people who have the Directory Designer role, the Directory Administrator role, the Account Designer role or the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the PDF designs of that account.
