Broadcast

A broadcast is used to present a message for end users and/or specialists when they access Xurrent. A message can be broadcast for a specific period of time, it can be broadcast in multiple languages and it can be targeted at a specific audience. This allows broadcasts to be presented only for people who will find the information useful, in their preferred language, and only for as long as the information is relevant.

A broadcasts can be linked to a request group for end users to automatically generate a request when they are also affected by the issue for which the broadcast was created.

Only a person who has the Directory Administrator role, Account Administrator role or the Service Desk Manager role of an account can maintain the broadcasts of that account.
