Account Design Fields

The table below lists the fields of the Account Design form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Picture

The Picture field is used to add a picture or logo of the support domain.

Click on the picture to enlarge it or to change it.

This field is available only when the account is a support domain account (i.e. when it is linked to a directory account).

Title

The Title field is used to enter a title for the support domain account. The titles of support domain accounts are displayed when a support domain needs to be selected for a new request.

This field is available only when the account is a support domain account (i.e. when it is linked to a directory account).

Description

The Description field is used to enter a high-level description of the type of services that the support domain provides.

This field is available only when the account is a support domain account (i.e. when it is linked to a directory account).

This field allows basic text formatting.

Organisation logo

The Organization logo field is used to upload the logo of the service provider organization. This logo is displayed when a Xurrent technology partner publishes apps in the app store.

Click on the Change link to select a JPG, GIF or PNG image file. Once a logo has been uploaded, it can be removed again by clicking once more on the Change link and subsequently clicking on the Clear Picture button.

Website URL

The Website URL field is used to hyperlink the organisation logo to a web site (typically the web site of the service provider organisation).

Favicon

The Favicon field is used to upload a small icon file. Most browser applications display this icon on the browser tab in which Xurrent opened.

Click on the Change link to select an ICO, JPG, GIF or PNG image file. Once an icon has been uploaded, it can be removed again by clicking once more on the Change link and subsequently clicking on the Clear Picture button.
