Webhook

Webhooks make it possible for organisations to listen for specific events to occur in Xurrent. When a specific type of event has occurred, a webhook can call a script that is published on public web server (i.e. a server that can be accessed from the internet). This script can then use the Xurrent REST API to collect data from Xurrent and use this data to make updates in external applications (or in Xurrent itself) in near real-time.

Only a person who has the Directory Administrator role or the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the webhooks of that account.

The Webhook Fields page provides field utilization guidelines for each field of the Webhook form.
