Project Template
Project templates are used to add a set of project task templates to a project. These project task templates can be linked together within a project template to form a workflow. Multiple project templates can be applied to a project. This makes it possible, for example, to initially apply only the standard workflow for sizing a new project. After the risk, effort, costs and value have been estimated, the next project template can be applied to add the necessary approval steps.
Only a person who has the Project Manager role of an account can maintain the project templates of that account.
After selecting an existing project template, a project manager is able to copy its information and paste it into a new project template by selecting the “Duplicate Project Template” option from the Actions menu.
