The table below lists the fields of the Custom Collection form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Utilization Guideline
Name
The Name field is used to enter the name of the custom collection, for example “Cost Centers” or “Site Types”.
Disabled
The Disabled box is checked when no more custom collection elements may be added to the custom collection.
Reference
The Reference field is automatically set to the Name field value, written in lowercase characters and with all spaces replaced by the underscore character. This reference can be used by integrations and automation rules to uniquely identify the custom collection.
Description
The Description field is used to add any additional information about the custom collection that might prove useful.
