The table below lists the fields of the Custom Collection Element form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Utilization Guideline
Name
The Name field is used to enter the name of the custom collection element. Ideally the name of a custom collection element is a single unique word, code or number.
Description
The Description field is used to enter a very short description of the custom collection element when its name alone is not considered sufficiently descriptive.
Disabled
The Disabled box is checked when the custom collection element may not yet, or no longer, be selected in any custom suggest fields that make use of a custom view for the custom collection that the element belongs to.
Custom collection
The Custom collection field is used to select the custom collection that the element belongs to.
Reference
The Reference field is automatically set to the Name field value, written in lowercase characters and with all spaces replaced by the underscore character. This reference can be used by integrations and automation rules to uniquely identify the custom collection element.
Information
The Information field is used to add any additional information about the custom collection element that might prove useful.
