Translation

It is possible to translate a number of record types so that they can be displayed in the preferred language of the 4me users. The value of a translatable field of such a record can be translated in a translation record.

A person who has one of the following roles of an account can maintain the translations of that account:

• Service Desk Manager
• Service Level Manager
• Configuration Manager
• Account Designer
• Account Administrator
• Directory Designer
• Directory Administrator
