Survey
Surveys can be created to let users of a service rate that service. Each survey can consist of a number of questions that can be answered by either a 1 to 5 star rating or a text. If a survey does not contain at least one star rating question, the responses to this survey will appear in the ‘Partial’ tab of the ‘Survey responses’ section of the Analytics console.
A person who has the Account Designer role or the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the Surveys of that account.
